A SEASONAL MIRACLE
At this time of year we are always amazed by the explosion of green that characterises the rows of our vineyards. After a spring in which the flowering of the vines appears shy and reserved, summer is the season of maturity, when Nature wants to demonstrate its greatness, in a race to make the future grapes as rich and pleasant as possible, shaded only by their leaves. The legitimate and increasingly pressing concern is drought, we hope it will not compromise the ripening, which occurs in September, and in these few months we look forward to what has been for us, every year and for centuries, a veritable miracle.
