Red capable of a long journey, it refines its personality in small oak barrels for eighteen months, before a further period of rest inside the bottle. With a deep ruby red color, it has an intense and complex aroma, dominated by oriental spice with cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper accompanied by nuances of tobacco, roasted coffee and light vanilla. At the finishing, there is a hint of red fruits with cherry and strawberry. The taste is elegant, rich, warm with well-present acidity, pleasantly tangy, long, with a dry and persistent finishing.
