Pale pink sparkling wine with delicate, long-lingering bead. The bouquet is intense, crisp and refined, with emphatic fragrances of strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry, followed by elegant floral notes of rose petals and subtle Mediterranean spice. Smooth and fresh in the mouth, with crisp acidity. Supple and delicate, with a tasty vein of mineral salt, same aromas as on the nose, and a dry finish. An overall delicious wine. Serve at 5-6 °C.
